Building Resilience

Resilience is such an important concept to talk about in the context of chronic pain or disease, but also just for living a better life in general. It is not something you need to be born with - we all have the capacity of cultivating it. I'll share some concepts relating resilience to character traits, agency, perspective, and a growth mindset, as well as the importance of intentionality, empathy, and gratitude.
